How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing and your location.
Can I color or heat-style the hair extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are made from real human hair, they can be curled, straightened, and dyed just like your own hair. However, we recommend using a heat protectant and consulting a professional for coloring to maintain hair health.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products that are in their original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn or altered.
How long will my hair extensions last?
With proper care and maintenance, our virgin hair extensions can last between 12 to 24 months. We recommend using sulfate-free products and regular deep conditioning to extend their lifespan.
