Due to hygiene regulations, hair extensions cannot be returned if the security seal is broken or the product has been handled.

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items including the original invoice and RAN, then ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked and insured delivery service.
